Return Policy

At Wilio Fragrances AB, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policyin accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the date you, or a person designated by you, receives your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• be unused and in its original condition;

• be returned in its original packaging with all labels and protective seals intact; and

• be accompanied by your order number or order confirmation.

Important Information About Perfume Purchases

To allow you to experience the fragrance without opening the original bottle, we include a complimentary tester with every full-size perfume.

We strongly recommend trying the tester before opening the original product.

Please note that opened or used perfume products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return an Item

Returned items must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order and should be securely packaged in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

Return shipping fees

• Sweden: 65 SEK

• International returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Gifts and Promotional Items

If your order included a complimentary gift or promotional item, it must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the returned product has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functionality, Wilio Fragrances AB reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, we recommend that you:

• return the original product in accordance with this Return Policy; and

• place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wiliofragrances.se.

You have the right to make a claim in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If your claim is approved, Wilio Fragrances AB will cover all related costs, including return shipping.

Unclaimed Parcels

Orders that are not collected and are returned to us will incur a 199 SEK fee to cover shipping, handling, and administrative costs.
