Orders

Once you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

  • incorrect pricing;

  • technical errors; or

  • inaccurate customer information.

Payment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

Shipping

Wilio Fragrances AB is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders to Norway

Wilio Fragrances AB is registered under the Norwegian VOEC (VAT on E-Commerce) scheme.

For eligible orders, Norwegian VAT is charged at checkout. Information required for customs and tax processing may be shared with shipping carriers and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
